Description

The Mangusta 108 is a maxi open with absolutely stunning lines which thanks to 2 x MTU 12v 4000 Series M90 diesels of 2,040kW (2,735hp)and Kamewa water jets, skims the waves at dizzying 40 knots at full throttle. This yacht has a sporty nature and combines high-performance with the personalization and comfort of a traditional motor yacht. Her already tasteful interior was completely refurbished for 2007/2008 to include plush cream soft furnishings creating a luxurious area for relaxation and a total renovation of the day cabin. Sleeping 6/8 guests in 3 en suite double cabins, plus the option of a fold down double bed in a day cabin ideally suited to children/Nanny as there are no facilities for this cabin. The day cabin is also used a a massage room. Each cabin is equipped with TV, DVD player and sound system, the master cabin offering large flat screen TV. The aft deck has ample sunbathing areas along with an outdoor eating area. Forward you will find a vast sunbathing area with folding hood to ensure total privacy. The main saloon with seating area is equipped with flat screen Sky TV and DVD player and leads to a further dining area with removable roof section.

CHARTER TERMS

CHARTER FEE INCLUDES: a)Hire and insurance of the yacht with all its equipment. b)Crew. c)Homeport berth.

CHARTER FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE: a)Fuel expenses (main engines, generators, tenders). b)Berth fees outside homeport. c)Food and beverages

A.P.A (Advanced Provisioning Allowance): The Charterer will be charged for all expenses corresponding to fuel, berthing costs, food and beverages and any other particular services that you may request. With the purpose of covering these costs, we will require an advanced provisioning allowance (A.P.A) which is 15% – 30% of the charter fee. This will be given to the yacht captain prior to boarding the charter. At the end of the charter, and during if requested, the captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure either with a refund of monies not spent or a request for payment if the APA was exceeded.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required in some cases for crewed charters, this deposit covers any damage attributable to negligence, minor accidents or misus Delivery and redelivery fees may be applied to charters that require the yacht to start or finish a charter away from its homeport.

PAYMENT: 1st instalment: 50% of the Charter fee is payable on signature of the contract. 2nd instalment: 50% of the Charter fee + APA (if required) + Delivery/ Redelivery fees (if required), + Security deposit (if required) prior to charter embarkation.

VAT: Charter fee will be subject to rates depending on the cruising area.

CREW´S TIPS: If you feel that the crew has been excellent , it is customary to offer a gratuity of 5% – 10% of the charter fee.

DISCOUNTS: a)2 consecutive weeks, 5% of the charter fee. b)3 consecutive weeks, 10%. c)4 consecutive weeks, 15%. d)Repeater, 5% of the charter fee.
